SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
Berlaku mulai : 31 Agustus 2024
- Pembelian Frequent Whoosher Card dan Redeem Kuota perjalanan menjadi tiket Premium Economy dapat dilakukan di seluruh Stasiun KCIC dengan jam operasional mulai pukul 05.30 s/d 20.30 setiap hari.
- Pembayaran hanya dapat dilakukan menggunakan metode Debit Card, Credit Card, dan QRIS.
- Redeem dapat dilakukan di seluruh counter stasiun KCIC, Selama ketersediaan tiket masih tersedia, penjualan sudah dibuka untuk umum dan masa berlaku kartu masih aktif.
- Frequent whoosher card berlaku untuk 1 (satu) identitas. tidak dapat membeli lebih dari satu Whoosher Card dengan identitas yang sama, selama masa berlaku kartu masih aktif .
- Frequent Whoosher Card tidak dapat diuangkan dan dibatalkan, hanya dapat ditukar dengan tiket Kereta Whoosh dengan tarif tiket mulai dari Rp 175.000 s/d tarif tertinggi tiket Premium Economy. Penukaran tidak dapat dilakukan pada merchant lain ataupun digabungkan dengan program promo tiket lainnya.
- Frequent Whoosher Card Berlaku selama 30 hari sejak tanggal pembelian dilakukan. Jika dalam waktu tersebut terdapat kuota yang tidak ditukarkan dengan tiket, maka kuota akan hangus tanpa pengembalian biaya.
- Pihak KCIC berhak untuk mengubah syarat dan ketentuan sewaktu-waktu Tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.
- Kuota penukaran tiket hanya dapat digunakan oleh pemegang kartu, dan tidak dapat dipindah tangankan kepada pihak lain selain pemilik kartu.
- Pihak KCIC berhak membatalkan atau membekukan kartu secara sepihak apabila terdapat kecurangan dalam bentuk apapun.
- Kuota perjalanan yang sudah ditukar dengan tiket tidak dapat dibatalkan atau dilakukan perubahan jadwal.
- Pihak KCIC tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan atau kehilangan pada kartu pelanggan dan tidak ada pergantian kartu atau kuota perjalanan. Kartu yang hilang atau rusak dianggap hangus.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective from: August 31, 2024
- Purchase of Frequent Whoosher Card and Redeem Quota for Premium Economy Tickets can be done at all KCIC Stations during operational hours from 05:30 to 20:30 every day.
- Payments can only be made using Debit Card, Credit Card, and QRIS methods.
- Redemptions can be done at all KCIC station counters, as long as tickets are available, sales have been opened to the public, and the card is still valid.
- The Frequent Whoosher Card is valid for one (1) identity. You cannot purchase more than one Whoosher Card with the same identity while the card is still valid.
- The Frequent Whoosher Card cannot be cashed out or canceled; and can only be exchanged for Whoosh Train tickets with fares ranging from Rp 175,000 up to the highest fare for Premium Economy tickets. The exchange cannot be made exchange with other merchants or combined with other ticket promo programs.
- The Frequent Whoosher Card is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If during that time the quota is not exchanged for tickets, the quota will be forfeited without any refund.
- KCIC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The ticket redemption quota can only be used by the cardholder and cannot be transferred to any other party besides the cardholder.
- KCIC reserves the right to cancel or freeze the card unilaterally if there is any form of fraud.
- Tickets that have been exchanged cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
- KCIC is not responsible for any damage or loss of the customer’s card, and there will be no replacement for the card or travel quota. Lost or damaged cards are considered forfeited.
